If you have a weapons factory that makes DL-44s, you can open a shop here selling them. You can even incorporate checks if you wish, have a price at 200, 100, and 0 perception. I highly recommend doing this. It allows you to offer a variety of prices, some better for your pocket book than others, while at the same time offering a product.
